• Manage the retail floor, including stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining a visually appealing storefront.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Handle cash transactions, process returns, and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming environment for customers.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance retail skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Assist in special events and promotions to create a memorable shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as RetailPro or Lightspeed.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 30 lbs.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
