📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret between Mandarin and English for various projects, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Facilitate meetings, conferences, and discussions between Mandarin and English speakers, providing real-time interpretation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Conduct research to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific terminology and cultural nuances.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other documents in both Mandarin and English.
• Adapt to different communication styles and ensure all parties feel comfortable and understood.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mandarin interpreter or in a related field.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and ability to adapt communication styles.
• Proficient in using interpretation software such as PhraseExpress, Trados, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Interpretation, or a related field.
• Certification in Mandarin interpretation or related field is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
