📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft signature cocktails and mocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
• Take and fulfill bar orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain and stock the bar inventory, ensuring all items are well-organized and ready for use.
• Recommend and suggest new drinks to the menu based on guest feedback and industry trends.
• Assist in training and mentoring new bar staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure the bar area is clean and well-presented at all times.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the bar's cash register.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mixology and beverage preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant or bar.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and the ability to create innovative cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
• Familiarity with bar tools and equipment, including shakers, jiggers, and strainers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
