• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive organizational transformation and business excellence
• Partner with senior leadership to optimize business processes and enhance performance analytics
• Foster a culture of excellence by promoting best practices and continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of strategic initiatives and business performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a strategic management or business excellence role, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, data analytics, and leadership development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or a related field is a plus
• Experience working in a franchise or multi-unit business environment is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
