📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Indeed.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and make informed hiring decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using HRIS systems like BambooHR.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide regular reports to the HR team on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven experience using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Indeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like BambooHR is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
