As an HR Legal Specialist, you'll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and updating critical HR documents such as employment contracts, termination letters, and performance evaluations. You'll also handle complex HR matters, providing legal guidance and support to our HR team and management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Draft, review, and update HR documents such as employment contracts, termination letters, and performance evaluations.
• Provide legal guidance and support to the HR team and management on complex HR matters.
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on labor laws and company policies.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR legal and compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR legal and compliance (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
