📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of financial solutions for MSMEs, focusing on accessibility and affordability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design and launch innovative financial products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and address pain points for MSMEs.
• Build and manage key partnerships with local banks, fintechs, and other stakeholders to expand financial inclusion initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of financial products, using data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial product managers and analysts to achieve business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation.
• Present and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial product management, business development, or a related field, with a focus on MSMEs or financial inclusion.
• Strong understanding of financial products, including digital payments, lending, and insurance.
• Proficient in using financial modeling tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with fintech platforms and digital financial services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
