📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging e-learning content using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other relevant multimedia tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for e-learning modules, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the effectiveness of e-learning content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning design and multimedia development.
• Contribute to the development of Avaloq Academy’s brand identity and visual style guide.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing e-learning courses, ensuring they remain up-to-date and relevant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in e-learning multimedia design.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other relevant multimedia tools.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
