📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and manage construction and mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure technical feasibility and practicality of designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading and coordinating teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
