📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure that architectural designs meet project requirements and standards
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work is carried out according to architectural plans and specifications
• Prepare and present architectural reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the architecture and construction industry
• Mentor and train junior architects and design staff
• Ensure that all architectural work complies with local and national building codes and regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable and environmentally friendly design solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and innovative thinking with a keen eye for detail
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
