📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed.,Develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.,Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the warehouse.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover and order fulfillment rates.,Manage the budget for the warehouse, ensuring that all expenses are controlled and that the warehouse operates profitably.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements in a warehouse environment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and supervise warehouse staff.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a warehouse environment.
