📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.,Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the medical team.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Experience in a similar role is preferred.
