📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate travelers.
  • Organize and execute weddings and leisure events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the luxury travel market.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury travel or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of the Bali market and luxury travel trends is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid work permit and visa for Bali are required.
