Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities.,Provide expert advice on luxury real estate and hospitality properties, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.,Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to inform sales strategies.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote properties and services.,Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to expand the company's reach and influence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in luxury real estate and/or hospitality.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the local market, including trends, opportunities, and challenges.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for property viewings.
