📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients and partners in the education and training industry.,Identify and pursue sales opportunities by contacting, qualifying, and presenting our courses and training programs to potential clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that our clients' needs and expectations are met.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients before, during, and after their training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.,Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.,Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and other relevant metrics to ensure continuous improvement and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, business, or marketing.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of the education and training industry, including the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
