📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and customer service,Oversee the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that our guests are satisfied and that our restaurant runs smoothly,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase sales,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard,Work with the finance team to manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that it is operating profitably,Develop and implement training programs for the restaurant's staff to ensure that they are up-to-date with industry best practices and that they are able to provide exceptional customer service,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the restaurant has access to the best ingredients and products🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role,Proven track record of success in the restaurant industry,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems,Experience with budgeting and financial management,Ability to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies,Experience with training and developing staff,Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth🛠️ Keahlian
