📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
