PT Melati Putra is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the team and ensuring that all team members are productive and motivated.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.,Managing and coordinating team projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that team goals are aligned with company objectives.,Providing leadership and mentorship to team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.,Resolving conflicts and addressing any issues that arise within the team.,Maintaining open lines of communication with team members and ensuring that everyone is informed and up-to-date on company news and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using project management software and tools.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and events.
