📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or startup environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
