Maritim Fajar Pratama is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in the maritime industry. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.,Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for management.,Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Provide support to the procurement team in the preparation of tender documents.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the maritime industry.,Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction and procurement practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid Indonesian work permit and passport.
