📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure compliance and optimal performance.,Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.,Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.,Handle vendor communications and resolve any issues that may arise.,Maintain accurate records of vendor performance and compliance.,Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management or project coordination.,Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement and contract management processes.,Knowledge of Indonesian business practices and regulations.
