📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent the company's brand and values to customers and stakeholders.,Develop and implement brand ambassador programs to enhance customer engagement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.,Promote our products and services through various marketing channels.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve our brand and services.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the marketing or customer service industry.,Strong understanding of brand management and customer engagement strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
