Point Data Group is seeking a Lead Bartender to join our team in Palembang. As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for managing our bar operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the bar, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure the bar is well-stocked with quality beverages and supplies.,Create and maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the bar.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Train and develop new bartenders to ensure consistent quality of service.,Monitor sales and inventory to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Participate in inventory management and ordering processes.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or similar role.,Proven ability to manage and supervise staff.,Strong knowledge of various types of cocktails and beverages.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
