📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.,Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.,Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to assist guests with their needs.,Monitor and record guest arrivals and departures.,Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with basic office software and computer systems.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
