📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators and shovels to load and transport materials efficiently.
- Ensure safe and efficient material handling from the field to the mill.

- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Shovel Driver or similar role in the palm oil or agricultural sector.
- Valid driver’s license for heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work in varied weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
