📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and plans to drive growth and improve performance.,Monitoring departmental performance and ensuring that all goals and objectives are met.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.,Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
