📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist nurses in patient care activities, including but not limited to, bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.,Monitor and maintain patient records, including vital signs and medication administration.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications as directed by the nursing staff.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care area, adhering to infection control protocols.,Assist in the preparation of medical equipment and supplies for patient care.,Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as an Assistant Nurse.,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with infection control protocols and patient care standards.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid nursing assistant certification or equivalent.
