📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Implement and maintain accounting software and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools.
