🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or a related field,5+ years of experience in silicon photonics or optical interconnects,Strong background in optical engineering and design,Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools for optical systems,Experience with silicon photonic devices and integrated circuits,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
