📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Review and assess insurance applications to determine eligibility and risk factors.,Conduct thorough underwriting analysis to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with the underwriting team to make informed decisions on insurance applications.,Provide recommendations on policy terms, conditions, and premiums based on risk assessment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all underwriting activities and decisions.,Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact underwriting practices.,Provide training and guidance to junior underwriting analysts as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of underwriting strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance underwriting, preferably in a BPO environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with insurance industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Knowledge of underwriting software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
