📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Promote and participate in sales events, promotions, and marketing activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a professional and positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
