📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details.
  • Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Assist in the development of user manuals, quick start guides, and other related materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide support to customers and internal teams by answering technical questions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of the transportation industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
