Resto Krisna Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain operations, ensuring that we have the right products in the right place at the right time. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our supply chain processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and reliable delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Coordinate with the procurement team to source and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and terms.,Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the supply chain operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on supply chain performance and any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and management.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management systems, and data analysis tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in the supply chain.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the supply chain and procurement areas.
