📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient health status.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and vital signs.,Assist in the preparation and administration of meals, fluids, and other nutritional needs for patients.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to patient care.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following infection control and safety protocols.,Assist in the management of medical supplies, including ordering, storing, and distributing as needed.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.,Report any adverse events or incidents to the appropriate authorities or healthcare providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare facility.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and patient safety guidelines.,Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Ability to lift and move patients, equipment, and supplies as needed.
