📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify training needs and develop learning and development programs
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure training programs meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Provide feedback and support to employees throughout the learning process
  • Monitor and report on the progress of learning and development initiatives
  • Work with external trainers and vendors to deliver high-quality training programs

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other learning management systems
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
