Crystal Direct Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Line Cook to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of food items in a restaurant or kitchen. You will ensure that all food is prepared according to the required standards and that all food safety regulations are followed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene, as well as a passion for creating delicious and high-quality food.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items in a restaurant or kitchen.,Ensure that all food is prepared according to the required standards and that all food safety regulations are followed.,Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used.,Prepare and maintain food cost reports.,Ensure that all food is properly labeled and presented.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Experience with a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit.
