In this role, you will assist the head chef in preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring food is presented to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including main courses, sides, and desserts.
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning utensils, and stocking supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure we always have the necessary ingredients.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Assist in the presentation of dishes to ensure they are visually appealing and meet our high standards.
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen helper or similar role in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as pots, pans, and heavy ingredients.
• Familiarity with using kitchen equipment, such as ovens, stoves, and grills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
