📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote products and special offers to increase sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly targets.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of basic computer software and e-commerce platforms.,Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Must be available to work in a hybrid model (in-store and online).
