PT PRIESMA MITRA JAYA is seeking a dedicated HR SPV Mandarin Speaker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR activities and supporting our Mandarin-speaking employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and excellent Mandarin language skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Support Mandarin-speaking employees with HR-related inquiries and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Mandarin-speaking environment.,Excellent Mandarin language skills, both written and spoken.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
