Puskesmas Dian Electronics is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our vehicles, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth vehicle operations and timely delivery of services.,Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, insurance requirements, and other legal obligations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other related activities.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders, addressing their concerns and queries promptly.,Participate in training programs for new drivers and other staff members on safety and operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
