As an Executive / Senior Executive in the Teaching Laboratory, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Teaching Laboratory, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order and that safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Work closely with educators and researchers to develop and implement new educational programs and research initiatives.
• Manage the budget for the Teaching Laboratory, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and that the laboratory remains financially sustainable.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including industry stakeholders and government agencies, to support the laboratory's mission and goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the fields of science and technology, and use this knowledge to inform the laboratory's educational programs and research initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments within NTU to ensure that the laboratory's work aligns with the university's overall mission and goals.
• Represent the Teaching Laboratory at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally, to build the laboratory's profile and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a scientific or technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), such as LabArchives or ELN.
