As a Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
  • Manage and develop a team of staff, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
  • Participate in budgeting and cost control activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is a plus.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
