📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure the store meets all health and safety standards and complies with company policies.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and development.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote store products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in store audits and quality control processes to maintain high standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
