📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.,Manage and monitor operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance port performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff.,Handle and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the port or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
